This is what you can see when you use CAVILUX laser illumination to image your fiber laser welding process. The material welded is aluminum. Using our laser illumination allows you to see through heat straight to the core of the process, as if the process would be cold. By completely removing the fiber laser light with CAVILUX technology you will get to see your welding process in immense detail. This enables you to analyze the weld, observe melt pool behavior, find flaws and imperfections and fine tune your process to perfection.
