Wtaf is that ref even doing? Looks like his first day! Had some kids in JR high wrestling start pulling a move like that, lfited the other kid into the air and back over their head, and the ref snatched the kid before they hit the ground and deafened the entire gynasium with his whistle. Raised the hand of the kid he just saved from a concussion, and proceeded to storm over to the other kids coach and start grilling him about how dangerous and illegal that move is. Apparently that week at the parents club meeting he addressed all of them, explaining how he's seen several kids get severely concussed and 1 kid was partially paralyzed in high school from a suplex during practice. Illegal moves arent illegal cause they're too effective or look dangerous, theyre illegal because kids' lives have been ruined by them.

Been a college and high school wrestling coach for 30 years. I won't ever agree that this is good for the growth of the sport, or good for the participants at this age.
