FIRST RIDE ON HARLEY SPORTSTER 883 AND SCRAPING THE PIPES

Test riding a brand spankin new harley 883 and i scrape the pipes on a turn...oops.

Do you need to slow down speed or what do you need to do to stop scarping, I'm battling with that subject

And was it the pipes scraping or was it the foot peg feeler. My Sportster is a 2003 XLH883 and mine had the longer shocks and forks so it takes quite an extreme lean angle to drag anything.
