overshooting the endpoint in a titration (systematic) and not properly reading the units (random) are both mistakes that the student can make in the experiment and is therefore random, I suppose. Why isn't shooting the endpoint in the titration a random error in that sense - especially if the procedure of an experiment does not instruct one to do so.

0.36: why is insufficient data random error when its a flaw in the experiment in that the person does not conduct enough trials?

1:20 The absolute uncertainty of the 50mL beaker seems really high. I think you might have forgotten the the decimal there - I might be wrong as well.

isnt "overshooting the endpoint in a titration" a random error as it's the person's fault and it decreases in each experiment; and it can be likely to be any of a bit more or bit less than the actual value.
