Skyrim plants/trees shadow are flickering in a VERY strange way

Hello, ive recently started having this issue, and still cant find what caused it.
(Keep your attention on shadows of trees/plants while my character is moving)
My specs:
AMD athlon x4 641 Quad core 2.80ghz processor
8Gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX550 Ti GPU
500GB HDD
Im playing on ultra graphics, and have no mods installed
Any help would be appreciated
