PARMESAN CRUMBED FISH RECIPE - Greg's Kitchen

A magnificent baked fish recipe that will become a new go to for you all, it's really easy to make, watch to show how it's done!
Ingredients
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup parsley
about a teaspoon lemon rind
olive oil to coat the mix
I cooked mine for 15 minutes in a preheated oven 200c / 392f / gas mark 6 non fan forced

I saw your Avon lady arriving! 😉 Friends who donate fresh fish are keepers, especially if they gut, scale & fillet them! 👍🐟🐟🐟 Crumb toppings taste nice with melted butter or ghee too. I love fish this way and also with salt & vinegar chip crumb.
