Smooth Scroll Page to ID in WordPress | No Coding Required

Smooth scroll to ID on same page by clicking a link in WordPress. Create in-page navigation, back-to-top links, single page websites using it. I have links pointing to pages in wordpress. I want to create two more links in menu that will scroll smoothly page to sections of same page.

Go to plugins and install, 'Page scroll to id' plugin. Adjust its settings. You can control everything from here. Scroll duration, scroll speed, scroll animation and more. But this is just the plugin setting. We will have to add links and assigns IDs to sections to scroll to. To do that I will edit the page and assign IDs to sections.

Then I will create custom links in meny and link to ids.
Now if i click at those links in navigation, page will smoothly scroll to the sections of page.
If we click these links from other pages, these may not work.
To fix that, use full website or page URL before linking to ID.

So this is how you can smoothly scroll to ID in wordpress at same page.

At the end of your video, the "menu" Navigation was pre-highlighted without even clicked on, how can we turn this off, so it only gets highlighted if we click on it?

you could achieve same reuslt with using Elementor itself, why did you made people install a plugin for it?
