A very rare 2023 BAC Mono R Monterey Edition arriving at and leaving "Prebble", a Pre-Monterey (Pre-Pebble Beach) gathering at Oakley headquarters presented by Ancillary Studios in collaboration with HyperSociety. Built by Liverpool-based Briggs Automotive Company (BAC), the Mono R is the first production car to use graphene-enhanced carbon fiber bodywork. It has a dry weight of 555 kg and is powered by a 2.5-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder Mountune engine producing 343 horsepower. The bespoke Monterey Edition, built for BAC's display during 2024 Monterey Car Week and inspired by the heritage and landscape of Monterey, is finished in Lone Cypress Brown exposed carbon fiber with diamond-dusted coating, Carmel Bay Bronze accents, and an embroidered Lone Cypress headrest emblem. This car is one of 30 Mono Rs built and is currently listed for sale at Newport Beach Automotive Group (BAC Newport Beach) for $434,900.
