Better buy yourself a good sim card router that can be set up with private dns list (to block unwanted things, such as ads) and vpn settings

I see a lot of sarcastic comments below, please understand that this is a project under development. So far it has placed more than 100k nodes all around the world. Yes it is not open source, but it will eventually become open source. It is not free, but their plan is to eventually lower the cost of the devices to almost zero.

Please also be aware of the fact that this represents the future of the Internet. This goes beyond your regular VPN service, although the device can be use as such, the main purpose of this project is to create a decentralized Internet where users can be the real owners of their data and where they can truly protect their privacy.
