When I visited Japan, my travel agent booked me an agency driver that took me from the airport directly to my hotel in Tokyo.
After a 10 and a half hour flight, it was a Godsend to just be able to walk out into arrivals and see a man standing there holding a sign with my name on it. Rather than having to worry about finding the next bus or train to catch.
The price was quite reasonable as well. About $26 per person.
