The following is a feedback survey diagram I designed for a retail client. For this project, they wanted to set up some journeys to send emails to customers requesting them to fill out a feedback survey on their recent experience. The feedback is then captured back into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM).

As a consultant, after going through the discovery phase with the client (i.e., brief clarifications, workshops, meetings), we will then proceed to create a blueprint which includes this solution design for the client to review and approve. Once approved, we then proceed with implementation.

Note: the program I use for designing the diagrams is Visio ✏️

✅ Cloud Page (HTML, CSS, AMPScript)
