Captain 👨🏾‍✈️ 🇬🇭 Solomon’s story truly inspired me. I’m a 32 years old US Navy active-duty, looking to switch to an aviation rank, or better yet, transfer to the US Air Force. From the time I was little, I always had a vision of being a pilot 👨🏾‍✈️ ✈️ 🌌. Though the lack of me not having 20/20 vision held me back from being a pilot, I utilize around aviation, with my high drive and passion for it.

Emirates has cadet pilot program for uae nationals. Maybe Emirates can try to reserve a few seats out of the designated ones for international cadets too? Emirates can sponsor the cost of training and then reduct it from monthly salaries. If this happens then it's a dream come true for thousands of individuals like me. By this you'll get a better quality of cadets. (as competition for international seats will be higher)
