in this wide-ranging July 14, 2020, interview with PFIR’s Kevin Lynn and Steve Lamb, among other issues, Jerry Kammer talks about how “newspapers have dropped the ball” in investigative reporting – “Their frame of reference for immigration tends to be as a human rights issue, and they have lost sight of the fact that immigration was long covered as a labor issue, and still should be, at least in part” said Kammer.

We had technical difficulties and my co-host, Steven Lamb could only join by audio.

Both sides have sold out to big business. I live in CA & it's in the hands of Hispanics & Asians. Impossible to find contractors that speak English and Hispanics don't work for cheap. They get all the benefits so they don't have to take just any job (unless they just got here illegally) & they know they have representation. The Catholic Church is a big supporter of Hispanic illegals while we are told to compete with third world people in my first world country. I try to hire ADOS but can't find any. Trump didn't keep his promises (yes l voted for him because of this issue), wall is a joke, didn't tax remittances, anchor babies from Hispanics, Asians, Russians is going on, EB5 visas still exists, didn't defund sanctuary cities, only few token Hispanics deported, DACA still around... He is one of the elites who benefits from immigration. Not voting for anyone this time. CA is unrecognizable; all the houses in my town are purchased by Asians & next town is 60% Chinese now. The Chinese are hiring the Hispanics & they are forging an alliance. My family came to the US legally over 40 years ago. What stands out for me in this discussion is that immigration use to be a labor issue and now it's a human rights issue.
