University Move-in Vlog - Trent University

Hello and welcome to my Channel!

This video was filmed during September of 2018 as I moved into Trent University, more specifically Gzowski. I hope you enjoy the video and get a bit of a laugh from my crying at the end.

I attended Trent for my first semester of University (as an online student) before switching to Carleton University. Trent was nothing like I thought it would be, and after 3 weeks of living in residence, I made the decision to move to online classes and moved back home where I also took a promotion at work. There are a number of reasons that went into this decision and it was not made lightly. I had reached out to Trent counselling, academic advising and my RA multiple times before making my decision, and was either turned away or received no help from these "support lines".

Sometimes you have to reach a low to climb back up! I am now a proud Raven at Carleton and am thriving in a healthy, supportive, and academically driven environment.
