Stop misinterpreting this ruling. The ruling does Not prevent employers from requiring a vaccination, all it does is prevent Government from forcing employers to enact a requirement, or issuing a fine for not doing so. But the ruling in No way stops an employer from requiring it on their own accord, so be honest when you are reporting the news, stop leaving out key points of the context.
