That Seventh Generation Free & Clean fragrance, dye, triclosan-free hand soap is the best! In addition to being gentle for dry, eczema/dyshidrosis-prone hands, I recently got my helix and lobes pierced, and I’ve only been using that soap + a sea salt spray on them.

The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel moisturizer is amazing if your skin is okay with a silicone moisturizer. I have that whole line (gel, gel cream, body lotion, and the vitamin serum). My skin is super dry and I hate most body moisturizers, but this is so light, easily absorbed, and nongreasy.
A similar one for lazy body moisturizers like me: Curel Hydratherapy wet skin moisturizer is great! You use it on wet skin (before towel drying) in the shower and just dry like you would with a towel. It absorbs immediately and is totally nongreasy. If I’m lazy and only feel like putting on bare minimum body lotion on, I use this. For days I want moisture, I use either Neutrogena Hydro Boost or CeraVe in the tub for some heavy duty moisture.

J-Beauty: Hada Labo Gokujyun lotion & Gokujyun Premium are amazing, both contain hyaluronic acid and lightweight. I use them as a toner or layering toner, and sometimes if I don’t feel like putting body lotion on, I just use Hada Labo.

Dr. Dray, thank you for your content and recommendations! I’ve fallen in love with “Clear Pore” by Neutrogena and have been pairing it with the Cereve moisturizer in a tub. My skin hasn’t been this clear since before puberty and I’m 21. I’ve lived everyday covered in makeup and it feels so freeing to be confident in acne free skin. I wouldn’t have tried these products without you sharing your knowledge and personal favorites. I really appreciate your channel.

I’m so glad you approve of the Neutrogena body cream! I bought it after I carefully checked over the ingredients and was hoping it was Dr.Dray approved. The hydro boost gel cream for extra dry skin you recommended from them is amazing and I’ve been using both straight out of the shower.

I love using the huge, $9/16 oz bottle of Neutrogena body gel on my face! I compared the ingredients (hmmm where did I learn that 🤔🤔) to their $26 tiny 1.6 ounce bottle of the supposed, specific Neutrogena Face gel and they’re identical!!!! HA!! I love using knowledge from my dermatologist to save money AND to just be a Smart Consumer!! Thanks Doc! 🥰🥰🥰
