This swipe on the corner to access the controls and switching between notifications and controls is something that was present on Cyanogenmod of Android up to KitKat, quite before the swipe on the corner debuted on iOS. It's good to see them going looking back for good ideas.

Battery limits was already there. Im lost... But the phone is definitely smoother than before. I'm actually impressed with how they got it out so quickly. I've only had the update a couple hours but I'll keep digging on.

I just updated my OnePlus 12 this morning. So far, so good. I need to play around with it some more. I have a backup phone that is an iPhone so I was able to check out the send to iPhone feature and it works, but it was a little cumbersome and there wasn't much in the way of instructions on how to use it, but I got it to work for both receiving and sending photos back and forth between the devices.

The most understandable use case with share iphone, i think should be when you have a Oneplus and an iPad.

There's currently a glitch where swiping back to the home screen just brings you to your last open folder instead. At least, I sincerely hope it's a glitch and not a "feature."

Coming from a Pixel 7 Pro, my OnePlus 12 has always felt a little less "smart" if, you will. (Though snappier & superior in battery life and other areas as well). I'm very much looking forward to trying out OnePlus' new AI features. Circle to search will be a welcome addition for sure!

Very useful video for me. I have a Realme phone that will get Android 15 at some point so it's kinda nice to see a bit earlier how it will look because OxygenOS and Realme Ui look very similar.

The one problem I have with Oxygen OS (and it's a big one) is the notification handling - for some bizarre reason you con only see notifications on your lock screen that have been received since you last locked your phone 🙈
