They need be more open to the customer service . I mean if I’m send my shoes to some “Authenticator” I would like to know who is looking at my shoe what’s are there credentials and I should be able to contact them through the process. Especially when it going to be a paid service soon. Just trusting some one in New York they can switch the shoes and say they are fake or they can pass a shoe that is fake. When it come down to it just more clarity in the process.

I purchased some new in box 2010 Reebok Pumps through ebay and they were authenticated before I received them. A year later I've decided to move them on in the exact same condition they came to me in and they failed authentication due to being in "used condition".
