Great win, any mistake will be capatalised on at this level. fingers and toes crossed that the Crane incident doesn't ruin everything. Have to be serious questions on how it happened. You would think that everything at that level is locked down tight and that all the lifting gear is top notch along with operators etc, so for this to happen is a serious breakdown somewhere. I demand answers!😝🤣

Not only are they the quickest horizontally but after the crane incident they have best VMG vertically! Go ETNZ!

Two super fast boats. This overtaking was due to the horrible tack made by the Luna Rossa crew. The boats were too close to try a cover. The race was lost by the Italians, their boat is at the same level as Taihoro right now...

Just after this Speed pass, We took our boat out of the water to give it a scrub down, & THE CRANE DRIVER DROPPED OUR BOAT ONTO THE WHARF "WTF"

well done NZ, but thinking about it, maybe strategically LR decided to do only half race, whats the point of having NZ in the challenger round if not only for their benefit...perfecting the ship with the help of the challengers?

Seems to me more an huge error by Luna Rossa, they made an unuseful tack before and the following tack just too late.
