Celebrating Healthy Aging Month in September.

September is also the month in which we celebrate Falls Prevention Awareness Week and Malnutrition Awareness Week. As we age, we become more at-risk to both falls and malnutrition. Taking steps now to age in healthy ways can lower that risk. You will learn more about resources available from the Nutrition and Aging Resource Center to help us all age healthy and participate virtually as Stephanie leads us through Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise that is based on the law of nature. This style of exercise connects the mind to the body in slow, smooth movements.
