They should hold the chief accountable also for not reprimanding his officers not taking action that's why officers are being seen doing more corruption and getting away with it because just Chief lieutenant or higher-ups are letting them get away with it

The chief is useless and should be gotten rid of .The Sgt should be charged and fired how many times has he broken the law it is extremely rare that a person gets caught the very first time they commit a crime.

looking at these council people and chief I just got a feeling they are all corrupt and looking out for each and scratching each others backs. Just the way they have those quick, shifty eyes is a sign of a deceitful person.

Vienna needs a two man police force, sort of like Mayberry, not a sergeant and a chief. Either that or disband the force and hire Trumbull Co. Sheriff take over patrol duties.

I totally disagree with paid administrative leave, 99% of the people that pay taxes don't get paid administrative leave. The chief need to get his head out of the dark area and start doing what he get paid to do and the thing is to oversee what his staff does and make sure that his people know and understand the constitution and the legal rights of civilians before they are allowed to interact with civilians.
