If Camilla had a body of her own, the twin sisters would be at each other’s throats.

Dolly cares about her family despite the fact that she annoys Dylan on a few occasions.

Camilla on the other paw only cares about being famous and proving a point to her rival Clarissa.

That she can do anything and yes, I know Dolly said that Dalmatians can do anything but that was Dolly not Camilla.

However, if push comes to shove Camilla will join the family side to fight off any evil such as Cruella and others.

In simple terms, it would be a sibling rivalry like the complete opposite of Dizzy and Dee-Dee, they care for each other like any twins do, now make that the opposite for Camilla and Dolly.

The reason why I say they are twins and don’t just the same personally is because, where is it took an entire day for Dylan to train himself to be Danny it took less than two hours (in universe) for Dolly to switch.

She was still Dolly in Camilla’s outfit up until the moment where she arrived and that’s when Dolly was put aside and Camilla took over the only reason why she let Dolly come back is because of Dorothy, yes Camilla has a soft spot for the young pup.

As for why Dolly has two personalities inside of her, it’s probably because two sperm entered one egg on the night of her conception, which is between New Year’s Eve of 2015 and New Year’s Day of 2016, spoiler alert, she was born two months later on March 1st 2016.
