RAW VIDEO: Cincinnati police provide an update after a mass shooting in OTR

CPD's Assistant Chief Michael John provides an update after at least nine people were injured in a shooting in Over-the-Rhine early Sunday morning. At this time, no suspects are in custody, but one known shooter fled the scene.

Why are these people just hanging out on the streets. Back in the day we had clubs where you can go to listen to good music, hang with your friends. Not in the streets. No respect for the community where they don’t even live. Get a life and off of the streets. Go home and take care of your children. In Cincinnati there is D.O.R.A. Designated Outdoors Refreshment Area. Not Liberty or Vine. I want my city back and feel safe walking and shopping downtown again.
