Great setup, Markus. But mixing the laptop/cell phones with the extended devices like cameras, mics, and speakers, would make the audience lose the focus and end up feeling overwhelmed. They would think all the devices are essential in the setup, they don’t want to miss anyone.

However some are not essential, and should be secondary in the set up. I later on slit my presentation into two steps. The first step would be focusing on the zoom-devices, each of them will sign you up for a zoom id as you mentioned in the demo, i.e. the laptop, iPhone, and Android. Every one in the audience has one or two of them, they will get them to work right away.

The second step focuses on the so-called non-zoom devices, the Canon, MXL, Boundary, etc, in your video. They don't get you a zoom account. For sure the audience mostly doesn’t have them, or doesn’t know much about them. Tell them, IT DOESN’T MATTER! They can skip this step, only use the built-in cameras or mics on the laptops or the iPhone. With the zoom devices in step #1 connected properly, a hybrid meeting is always good to go.

In the end, they get the setup much more quickly, feel much less intimidated about it.

In addition, the two screens, the Stage through the Canon and the iPhone, are a bit overlapping in the coverage. The Canon should be sufficient to cover both the audience and the speaker. Maybe you can get rid of the iPhone? Because you have the luxury of a mobile camera (a tripoded Canon) while many clubs often don’t. Move the canon to where the iPhone is located. This change makes no difference to the in-person audience. This would help the virtual attendance focus throughout the meeting. They will be only seeing one screen with the speaker at the far end. When someone is speaking in the room, the online audience would feel they are watching at the back side of the room, but your fancy mic will send his/her voice right into their faces. No too bad.
