They act as if they have returned the Chagos Islands to Mauritius, because if you are returning something to someone, why still using conditions. Returning something isn't it for free? So they haven't fulling handover the Islands. Why still putting conditions to stay not for at least 10 years, but 99 years? is a hole century and a lot of time to regain power.

It so absurd that Mauritius is called "Little India" and one day an Indian will be head of the African Union.
