I feel bad for both people in this scene. I feel bad for Artie because he was played and cheated on but I also feel bad for Brittany. It seems like everybody calls her stupid and she really thought no matter angry Artie was he'd never call her stupid.

Butt Santana did take advantage of Brittany by telling her that, took advatange of her innocent mind to get what she wanted, i think that's worst than what Artie did here.

omg when she said “your the only person in this school who’s never called me that” my heart broke she’s not stupid she may act dumb in some ways but she is such a unique and amazing person. She doesn’t know that she’s constantly objectified. But I feel bad for Artie too obviously

Idk, I feel for Artie in this scene. Brit was completely innocent it seems, but don't let your love for Britney shadow the fact that finding out that you're kinda being cheated on hurts.

People are having arguments about whose at fault here, artie or Brittany but honestly I think neither of them did anything particularly wrong. A) Brittany was manipulated by Santana into thinking what she was doing is ok, so in that sense she didn't know it was wrong. Santana fed her lies
B) if someone cheated on you don't try to say that YOU wouldn't have a lot to say to their face, probably even worse than calling them stupid.
I think it's Santana who is to blame here, not them

Brittany/Artie/Santana drama aside, Heather's acting in this scene is amazing! Brittany usually has this blank, spaced out look on her face, but the shock on her face when Artie insults her, just before she completely breaks, is really cool to watch. Obviously seeing Brittany cry isn't fun, but you know, HEATHER'S ACTING!!!

Actually Santana was extremely possessive about Britanny, and a bad person. She knew she was helping Britanny cheating on Artie but she manipulated Britanny anyway to get what she wanted. And then when SHE broke up with Britanny, she got mad that Sam was dating her and wanted to break them up too.

Its kind of messed up that Ryan made Brittany be so emotionless most of the time. She could have had some great scenes like this one.
