I'd send that R/C R2 to Dave, at 'Toy Polloi'. I bet he could de-yellow it, and get that dome looking spiffy again. He's a toy repair genius, and no mistake.

The stuff that's on the Cloud Car can be removed with CLR. It's basically built up calcium or something like that. Easily removable. As for the R2, you can clean him up with some peroxide from a beauty supply place like Sally's. It should take care of the black stuff too. I'd guess that is from being submerged in water over a period of time. Peroxide should help.
Really cool stuff, Junkman! Can't wait to see what you do with it.

I consider action fleet the best Star Wars toy line. I picked them up when I could in high school, but missed a chance to get a TIE Defender bc I couldn't get an advance on my allowance. Now it's the only one worth real money.
