What people understand under graphics mod is that it soly enhances the visual quality.

Dude, are you unable to just align the before and after shots? I can not see the difference if you show two different locations or angles for vanilla and shader... just show the SAME frame with shader on and without. Its not that hard.

if you dont have a 3090 or higher do not bother with the surfaces mod, vram issues and it tanks fps, although that should be pretty obvious

And the city still looks lifeless. No amount of increase in graphics can fix gameplay shortcomings and things like A.I. and interactivity.

The best thing about Skyrim is you have the 3rd person mod, you have so many armor mods and weapon.
Cyberpunk is none.
