I enjoy my 8849 Tank 3 Pro very much every day! It is truly the best coolest most feature packed rugged phone ever! It is just so cool, and it is my only daily driver. I use it all the time. The fact that it is the heaviest phone in the world at 696 grams is no problem at all to me. I am used to heavy phones since years back! Do you offer upgrade options ? Like an exchange of Tank 2 for a Tank 3 and take additional payments ? I mean upgrading option will motivate many customers to buy in..

Thanks for the cool phone! I'm writing to find out if there will be updates? The fan cooling projector needs software improvement. at full power, it makes a lot of noise, and there is practically no point in accelerating to such noisy speeds.
