The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. All of these solos were actually amazing! Especially Kendall’s solo this was her best solo in my opinion her emotional execution was the best it’s ever been. Her ending parts were just perfect. Her technique was much cleaner I really think she should’ve placed higher.

Watching Kendall perform this solo really got me thinking about how the other moms used to get so frustrated when Maddie used to learn her solos early and get a lot more private time, so she often performed better because of that in their eyes and this kind of makes me feel that could be quite true in many cases, since Kendall had more time to practice this solo and knew it, she performed incredibly well, even emotionally, I feel this is likely her best solo by far. It’s sad because some of the girls weren’t show cased enough and we don’t always get to see how good they are and how well they could have actually performed.

This is one of my favorite Kalani solos ever honestly, even though they didn’t love it. There’s something so captivating about it to me. And DOA is always a good rewatch Kendall did incredible. Never cared for The Chase unfortunately

Kalani’s solo was incredible and definitely deserved to win first place. 💗 But I do find it annoying that Ashley thought that Brynn would be the next Maddie from the first day they showed up at the ALDC.

I think Abby was definitely on some prescription anxiety medications the entire time they were in California, especially as the legal stuff began. Her behavior was so drastically different. The scene where she dumps her purse all over the floor? When she shows up “out of it” to several competitions?

In her newer videos she seems a little more regulated. But I definitely think there’s a possibility she was taking some pretty heavy stuff S5-S7. Her behavior was just so much more erratic.

You see Melissa leaves and Abby gets caught, Melissa helped Abby hide and throughout the court troubles and yet when Maddie and Mackenzie leave she shows utter disrespect

I honestly believe Kendall had a huge advantage this week. She had more rehearsal time and the best choreography. Kalani’s solo was mature and pretty amazing for the first half and then you can clearly see when Abby stopped caring and threw in a front aerial, had her walk around and quickly end on a penchè. Brynn’s choreography was so bad and the music was awful. It’s her technique and performance which she learnt at Club Dance that got her to the top 3.
