I think Vince had to pay out something like $2.8 million in restitution besides the jail time. They should have given him 10 years in prison for manslaughter.

I have always been outraged by the sentence the judge gave Neil. Anyone else would have been locked up and the key thrown away. The judge should have been investigated and removed from the bench. There had to been some dirty hand shakes to get Neil off of a sentence he should have had. Since then he has been busted for DUI. The slap on the wrist Neil got did nothing to curb his behaviors.

I grew up with an alcoholic father that used to drink *while* driving and he's lucky he didnt kill us or anyone else! The motley Crue gang always looked at hard partying as cool, they always bragged, even wrote books of all the douchy things they used to do.. 30 days for killing an innocent bystander is disgusting and i hope he at least had to pay the family millions! People who drink and drive are not innocent and it is no mistake! These spoiled young men were partying like they had death wishes and it's not right to drag others into your self destruction!

Vince was guilty..all i wanna say is there are a 1000 times i sat in someone's passenger seat and was just as wasted as the driver that drove me to a bar or liquor store...Razzle was as drunk as Vince. Razzle made a choice that cost him his life, and it was him alone that made that choice to go with Vince. Horrible situation, and i wish Razzle to be R.I.P. 🤟

For those who don’t understand, this took place in the 80’s. The rules were kind of different back then. But it wasn’t the accident that killed Razzle, part of it was but he was holding a six pack of glass beers and due to the impact of the crash, they exploded and the glass went into his stomach. They got him to the hospital in time but it wasn’t around 5 mins later until the doctors returned and they confirmed Razzle bleed out was the cause of death.
