He is a chef and cook who works at a restaurant in Manhattan, New York, where he prepares a roasted dish called Duck a l'Orange, which he makes from the ducks he captures, slaughters, and cooks.

The funny thing is, this guy isn't technically a villain at first. He's just really serious about his work and wasn't bothering anyone. He just became way too obsessed with the ducks after they pretty much ruined everything he had and was doing.
