Did you know that back in the 1880s, Hawaii's pineapple and sugar plantations flourished, attracting laborers from various Asian countries? These workers brought with them their diverse culinary traditions, resulting in a unique fusion of flavors. For their daily lunches, they would enjoy a simple yet satisfying combination of rice and leftover meat from the previous night's dinner.

Fast forward to the 1950s, and the "plate lunch" had become a beloved culinary phenomenon, spreading its delicious influence across the United States. And that's exactly what Hawaiian Bros aims to share with their customers!

During my visit, I decided to try their signature Molokai Chicken, a tantalizing blend of sweetness and spice that had my taste buds dancing with delight. While I found the Spam Musubi to be slightly underwhelming, my meal ended on a high note with their irresistible Pineapple Dole Soft Serve.

I heard Hawaiian Bros was trash. like, it's not real Hawaiian food, however its Hawaiian inspired. the real owners aren't even Hawaiian or have any remote affiliations with Hawaii. smh.

I found the pork to be bland and overpriced.
