What is the meaning of the numbers on the wheel above the sewing needle?

The turning wheel is very stiff on the side of my Janome...when I am starting up and I hVe to physically turn it to keep the machine stopping for a couple of minutes. Please advise me...Thank you, , , , Catherine

I’ve just bought one from Aldi (Easy Home) I’ve tried but I still can’t use twin needle. Sometimes the upper thread was to tight so it broke, sometimes the thread from bobbin got stuck in the fabric.
Could you please made a video shows how to use twin nêdle. Thank you ❤️

Hi, my tension on this machine is way off. I can't seem to adjust it. Can you please upload a video of the correct way to thread it (so I can check what I have done) and how to adjust the tension on it? Thanks
