I didn't know about FL output limiter being on by default.

Thank you.

Respectfully disagree a little on this, I know what your saying tho. Being able to pick a summing engine from a daw would be difficult in blind shoot out. Think it has a lot to do with how each daw handles plug in delay compensation

You know a question I have is...whats better.. export with real time processing or without? I did find a video for studio one once, but what i got from it ..is it does process the detail slightllyyyy more. I guess, can barely hear a difference, thats what i hear in studio one 5 anyway.

Dude, no way. I have s1, cubase and logic. export the same stereo file, and re import into any of them, and flip the polarity with each other, none of them cancel 100% that`s your clue that they don`t sound the same.

Since you have used studio one and pro tools both. For someone who Is starting a business like the one you have. 1 Is it me or does the final mix In pro tools just sound better then studio one? And 2nd question. Do you prefer one over the other for professional mixing?

The do as long as the panning rules are set the same.

Is the summing a bit different too? Is there any DAW that has better summing than others?

Harrison MixBus has a sound to it and Pro Tools with HEAT activated.

I disagree. Nuendo and Luna sound the best.

no, there is a diference between logic and cubase.. don't know is it a pan law or else but cubase12 sounds warmer more 3d while logic sounds punchier and kinda saturated...

That’s not true Protools sounds better than Studio one a clean a clear sound especially the voice…Cubase sound fuller then Protools are more fuller busier sound, but the vocals were a little better in Protools, so no daws do not sound the same.
