Reporters should drive through St.Pete from down town to N.W. because the scene is apocalyptic. There is more tree damage, home & mobile home damage, billboards streetsigns, store signs, traffic lights damaged twisted or just gone. Debris everywhere and mountains of it. Trees down on cars and new construction toppled. I haven't even looked at the entire city yet or beaches only a few mile drive from my sons home to mine.

Lost everything? Helene was bigger hurricane, but Milton was a stronger hurricane. We are blessed that state of Florida didn't received a category 5 hurricane instead

Milton didn’t do nothing tbh. Just regular rain with minimal floods and minimal damage. The surrounding areas will be back to normal. People are over dramatic. A category 3 is normal.

The Tidle surge they say is always inflated. During Irma Marco island was supposed to get 8 to 10 feet worth. They barley had 3. Everglades City had 4. I don't know where they get these figures from. But it is never as high as they say. Maybe in the most perfect conditions it may get that high. But it never does.
