So at prime they had to repaint the yellow lines on the pad to make it look like that? I do like the test. It test you on actual situations you might see out there. Especially the 2nd one when turning around curves

Conparing CDL to private pilot. Proving you can operate in a safe manner is the goal. The real learning comes from doing not being tested. Getting any license is a license to learn, not provi g youve mastered your craft.

Would this replace the current backing skills test (no more alley dock or parallel park)? Or would the alley dock or parallel park still be required?

is this going to be done by third party people doing the test or dmv personnel? i took my cdl test about 2-3 months ago. another friend of mine had a guy who couldnt straight line back and they passed him via a third party company tester. i see guys who ask me prior to me getting my cdl how to uncouple their fifth wheel. i see some good in this, knowing where the back of your trailer is at is pretty good thing to know. having to use both side mirrors is also a good thing to know. but it really is confusing on what stage your at on the tests.

I think the 90 is more important than the parallel park don't know why they don't teach you anymore

It looks a little too easy. When these new drivers get out here in the real world there will be alot of challenges that they didn't prepare for. There should be more to the backing test then this. It looks like the standards are dropping.
