Today I am going to show you how to smoke one of my favorite hams of the Pit barrel cooker. This carver ham from costco is just a big chunk of meat and is already applewood smoked. 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground clove
1/8 tsp paprika
