How Long Does An Old Tesla Take To Charge? Our 4,452 Mile 16 Day Road Trip Through 7 States

In this video we embark on a 4,452 mile 16 day 15 night adventure in our 2015 Tesla Model S 85D driving from Utah as far north as Omaha Nebraska, as far east as Jackson Tennissee and as far south as Texarkana Texas before heading back home. We stay one night in a hotel, otherwise the rest of the nights we stay with family or friends. Come join us to learn how well our older Tesla performed on this long journey.

I have two Teslas now, a new model y and s. I was always afraid of buying used until I started watching your content. After watching your videos I found a 2015 Tesla Model S 85D with 45, 000 miles on it at a Boise Ford Dealer that didn’t know what to do with it. $20, 000 I’ve been super happy with it. When I charge it to 100% it shows 260 miles. I was able to get a $4, 000 used tax credit and decided to do some upgrades to the new screen and ccs charging upgrade. Thanks for all the content.

That is great to see how you are getting on along your route. I've just completed a 1, 500 miles trip from Devon in the UK to the Province of Foggia in southern Italy in a couple of days, on my own (Model S 85D 250, 000miles). So big respect to you and your family. That's quite a road trip in any vehicle.

116k is not that many miles I'd -start- considering a vehicle get old at 250k with proper maintenance.
