Finally, a real truthful review of the Samsung CB. It can't edit a video? It's the only CB that couldn't edit a video? Track pad is terrible? I have heard the Samsung is under powered to push so many pixels. I've heard the Samsung lags from other reviews. I agree, it can't be recommended. Asus c302ca seems like a much better choice.

I just recently purchased the ACER Chromebook R13. I love it. The only thing i don't like is that the slot for the memory card should have something over top of it. it keeps coming while in my 5.11 messenger bag.

i purchased a Chromebook plus and it performed well..no issues to the track pad..it works pretty well... some game apps on the playstore are not playable..but the display is amazingly beautiful...light and thin....Chromebook plus is the winner of the battle...

Are you sure you dont have a defective unit on the Samsung? Have you looked at the settings for the trackpad? I played on the Samsung and I love the trackpad.

I had both. I wouldn't take TWO Acer R13s over the Samsung CB+.

Anyone considering an Intel based Chromebook, such as the Asus C302 or Pro, consider this. Although this may change eventually. Currently ARM processors have an advantage running Android apps since they are optimized for ARM processors (I highly doubt developers will be optimizing all 2million apps for Intel any time soon). IMHO, the SCP has a clear advantage in running Android apps, which is a tradeoff at not having the "fastest" ChromeOS experience, But it's not a compromise in ChomeOS performance, as the OP1 processor (www.whatisop.com) in the SCP is optimized for Chomebooks.

In other words, the Samsung Chromebook Plus is capable of running both ChromeOS and it's feature to run Android apps, effectively.
