In this video, we're making the recipe of Atta Biscuit, which is very easy to make and is exactly like the ones from Punjabi bakeries! This is going to made without oven and eggless.

Ingredients:
Mix 60g ghee with 90g sugar until creamy.

Add 150g atta, 3/4tsp bp and 15g maida.

Use 60g milk to make a smooth dough.

Divide into small portions using hand or use a biscuit maker to shape biscuits.

Bake in cooker or oven.

I tried ur recipe with just half of the said sugar and was still nice and sweet ...so all of those who likes less sugar give it a try...only request plz suggest the proportions in cup size also as I am in US and its difficult to get gm measurements and thank u for such an easy and awesome recipe

I have made the atta biscuits. These have come out very well, thanks for the recipe. My grand children loved the biscuits and demand more when finished.
I do not have the press machine. I tried buying from Amazon but it was not ok. You have mentioned that you will give all details if any one needs. Please send me the make, model and where to buy? I will be obliged.

Fantastic chote brother. I made it today in my convection oven and came out yummy. I baked it for 23 minutes at 150 degrees.
