Families separated by the Korean War briefly reunite

There were tears of joy as family members separated by the Korean War, reunited in North Korea this week. For some, it was a moment 70 years in the making. CBS News foreign correspondent Ben Tracy reports.

They should just let them be together until the end, not much time left when you're in the eighties and nineties...its torturing just to be each other for 12 hrs. I cried after

There have been 20 separate times of reunification between families now..I remember last time it was on the news..bittersweet..so happy for the families but so sad that they have to part after so little time together..thanks to S Korea President Moon Dae efforts this time..

The shameful collateral damage from cold war meddling. This is a result of others meddling in the Korean Peninsula's affairs who had no business being there and now the place is separated into two countries that should've been a single one all along and families had to endure this. Terrible!
