The actual EF scale is
EF0 = 65-85 mph
EF1 = 86-110 mph
EF2 = 111-135 mph
EF3 =136-165 mph
EF4 =166- 199 mph
EF5 =200+ mph

Eh, there's way more to tornadogenesis than this. Also the rotation starts horizontally, and gets lifted up vertically by the updraft.

This video was incorrect, it used the F scale not the EF scale and used incorrect damage simulations.

That was like EF5 damage on an EF0 look. Plus on the side it said F0, F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, it's actully EF.
