That diagnosis is what prompted my latest weight loss. At this point I am 200lbs lighter than I was at my heaviest.

Being happy can do wonders for a person physically! Pair that with the right diet and exercise & losing the amount of weight that she did is totally possible! I did it a few years ago myself & am trying to do it again now. Seeing KC be able to do it is helping motivate me! 😊

You can actually be prescribed Ozempic if you are only “pre” diabetic. It is still filled as if you are actually diabetic (insurance wise) but doctors like to prescribe it as preventative care, so you don’t actually develop the disease

I love Kelly. I think she's amazing. But I also think she was on Ozempic too.
She's struggled with weight loss in the past and now it magically disappeared so quickly and easily?
I just don't think she wants to advertise Ozempic.

Definitely Ozempic, but it’s helping many lose weight and get healthier. If she’s listening to her Dr, good on her!

i believe it. i was 162 pounds at my heaviest when I was diagnosed with prediabetes. when my dr. said it's reversible with proper diet and exercise I immediately got to it. working out 4-5 days a week and cutting carbs from dinners for a month or 2 I managed to knock off 20 pounds and I have remained there for the past 4 yrs now. and am no longer prediabetic, however since it runs in my family I can easily fall back into that bracket so now I'm used to eating much healthier and try to exercise at least 3 times a week...once you cross over to that full diabetic side it's nearly impossible to come back from it.

She just said she was on the edge of having diabetes, then waited two years, and she got diagnosed with diabetes. So of course she got Ozympic! She didn’t even need to be sneaky about it since she was morbidly obese and diabetic. That’s why she never denies using Ozympic- she’s on it. She’s dieting and exercising too, but it’s ok to admit you’re having help through medication as well.

I just got diagnosed prediabetic, normal weight, 90% healthy diet, excersised every day. Ive lost 10lbs in 7 weeks, exercising more and cutting sugar and carbs, it can be done, will retest in a few months.

Kelly and Adel have always been pretty but when they lost weight, the became absolutely beautiful.

I have to lose 50 pounds and I hate it.
My wife wants to lose 30 pounds.
We've always been athletic and smoking hot but we turned 50 when covid hit and gained weight.
I hate it!

Kelly has inspired me too start now!
It's so easy to lose weight too.

<Walk every day for 30 minutes (outside is better).

<3 sets of 10 pushup, situps, hip ups ( Lay on your back, put your feet on your coffee table and press your hips up to toward the ceiling & then back to the floor.
For your buttocks & your hamstrings), body squats, and toe push-ups (find a step, put the balls of your feet on the step with your heals hanging of and go to your tippie toes).

Do that monday and thursday.

Get to where you can do five 5 sets with a 2 minute breaks in between each set.

< Most importantly:
Eat once a day!
You can do breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Which ever one is easy as for you to accomplish.
Do it for 30 days.
Focus on protein.
The best us meats and eggs only.
I know it's hard so you can add steamed broccoli and salads with whatever dressing you like.

Chicken and broccoli.
Steak and eggs.
Fish & Asparagus.

You will totally win!

Do this just for 30 days!

Monitor your weight every morning and write it down.

You won't believe what just 30 days will do.

If you have to continue more to lose more weight than take a week off and then do it for another thirty days until you reach your goal weight.

My latest blood tests show I’m pre diabetic too. But my doctor says I need to diet and exercise. He won’t give me Ozempic saying there are too many serious side effects especially when I’m still not technically diabetic. So I’ve been fasting and working out more. I’m losing weight just not as fast as the Ozempic users are.

Same for me, I was diagnosed with pre diabetes. My doctor wanted me to take Ozempic, but I'm not getting that. Way too many red flags and side effects. I'm losing weight the old school way.
