Bismillaah (3 times) بِسْمِ اللهِ

Then say the following dua 7 times " A'oothu billaahi wa qudratihi min sharri maa 'ajidu wa 'uhaathiru"

Translation:
In the Name of Allah (three times).
I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against.

I had severe back pain for years (5 years). My life was absolutely miserable. School, social life, chores, daily tasks, walking, wasn't able to run, health, emotional state- everything became difficult by the fourth/fifth year. I felt isolated and become detached and I wasn't able to walk. I stopped everything and just focused on my health. I was looking into possible surgery, and was given a diagnosis that meant I may need serious surgical intervention. My mother told me to seek from Allah first and that I kept turning to people, other means to "fix" my issue. My father had given this dua to me earlier and I forgot to recite it. Long story short I started reciting it and I retained my focus on stretching and relaxing. I learned to properly do the ruk'u position in salah and it became a lot better and I noticed a difference in one day! SubhanAllah.

I learned from this experience that Allah SWT is the source of everything - so seek from Him always. Turn to Him first. Seek protection- remain PERSISTENT in doing this. Whether you're going through difficulties or not. Be proactive and follow the sunnah.

I had severe back nd upper abdominal pain....iam on medication it worked....but today after approx 2 weeks...i have severe back pain nd abdominal pain again....i took my medicine for infection....even i took 2 painkillers with in 1 nd half hour other than medicines....it doesn't work.... Aoa, A friend sent me this dua some days ago, I had the most painful ear infection ever late at night .. I heared it more then 5 times and finally it put me to sleep ( like froze the pain for the night ) i continued hearing it and it really CURED me ..
