Hey Everyone! Hope you are having a great day. In this video we show how to build a 4K Aluminum Patio Cover with an 3" Smooth Insulated Roof with 8" Planks by Four Seasons. Included is 4" recessed lights made by Halo and a fan and porch lights provided by the owner. We also used Lutron Wireless Dimmers for the ceiling lights. The color of the frame was Espresso and the color of the ceiling was white.

This design was a great way to get a modern feel to match the aesthetic of the house and backyard. Zero Edge/No Overhang roof layouts for patio covers have been getting more popular and we're happy to be able to share some of our designs inspired by this sort of layout.

Is it possible to have a 32 ft span with 4x4 columns on the corners only? It’s a screen enclosure for a pool with an elite 3 inch insulated roof, we want it open under the roof, so wanted to find out if it’s possible to
