i used to have this belief also about live below our means but some people like kiyosaki and trump doesnt believe in this. If you cant affort a thing then find a way how you can afford it. Instead of livinving below your means, find more means :)

Allocating your limited resources to unlimited wants and needs wont allocate at all! How will you allocate if its unlimited? You have to priotized and pick only your needs that fits your budget! Dont overspend it wont give you a financial balance otherwise you'll eventually end up negative or be drown to debts!
