Hello! I see Power BI on the picture. Is it the only one option for data visualization and analysis? Could I use Tableau, Qlik or any other BI tool?

Hello Sir, I want to access SFTP Server data using fabric Notebook but for that I need to set Inbound Rule . As Notebook will have dynamic IP then how can we allow Notebook IP to access Port 22? Thank you in advance . Please advise
