The thing with NASAs EVA suits (the kind that can and must be used when humans venture "outside", if they don't want to die a quick, horrible death. These are very different from just flight-rated suits.) - is that they're relatively huge and heavy, coming in at _at least_ 330 pounds each. The ISS isn't some huge warehouse. There is only so much room, which means storing things that its inhabitants don't absolutely need, is out of the question. Thus NASA only currently have 4 EVA suits on the ISS, and only 11 NASA EVA suits for the ISS exist. Now for the cost of production and transportation... NASAs current EVA suits were developed in the 70s. They've been working on newer, better and lighter suits, but they simply don't have the funding. One of their current EVA suits cost about *22 Million USD* to make, and upwards to *15 million* _just to _*_transport it_*_ up to the ISS._

You want more medium sized EVA suits on the ISS, NASA needs the funding to make that possible. They simply don't have that now, and haven't in decades. And, you'll need to decide what 330+ pounds of large-volume equipment currently on the space station, _per extra suit, _ to get rid off.
