4:52 you are that left lane camper. It doesn’t matter that you’re going 65, it’s illegal to stay in that lane if you are not passing other traffic. People have been ticketed for doing that. A cop explained in a video that if other traffic is moving faster, you must move to the right. Even if the other traffic is speeding, you must move to the right.

0:38 When you lane split, you are overtaking. Overtaking traffic must stay clear of all traffic overtaken. A motorcycle lane splitting gives up all right of way, including vehicles changing lanes without signaling like the white car was trying to do. The motorcycle by definition was in the wrong. If anything happens while you are lane splitting, it is your fault. Period. 30 year court clerk here, had to listen to my judges give that speech every traffic day.
